摘要:针对某印刷企业高速分切机生产线裁纸过程中产生的纸屑粉尘污染生产车间及导致纸面清洁度较差的问题,本研究设计了一套适用于该高速分切机生产线的清洁系统。利用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对清洁系统核心部件进行流体模拟仿真,详细模拟出清洁系统核心部件的压力、速度及流场动态情况。采用理论计算方法对仿真结果数据是否满足清洁效果进行评判。现场实验数据表明,基于流体模拟分析的高速分切机负压清洁系统清洁效果良好,有效改善了裁切纸的纸面质量及环境粉尘状况。
The cleaning system was designed for a high-speed slitter production line in a printing enterprise to solve the problem of paper dust pollution in the production workshop and poor paper surface cleanliness caused by the paper dust generated during the cutting process.The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method was used to simulate the core components of the cleaning system,and the dynamic conditions of pressure,velocity and flow field of the core components were simulated in detail.The theoretical calculation method was used to evaluate whether the simulation result data met the cleaning effect.The experimental data showed that the negative pressure cleaning system for high-speed slitting based on fluid simulation analysis has good effects,can effectively improve the paper surface quality and environmental dust conditions of cutting paper.
