摘要:“发酵工艺与设备”是酿酒工程专业必修课程。为更好地适应人才培养需求,提升教学效果,对课程教学内容与教学方法进行改革与探索。在教学内容上进行甄选教材和优化课程体系的探索,同时将新型“四化”“课程思政”“创新创业”教育融入课程授课环节;采用趣味性教学、问题导向性教学、案例型教学、虚拟仿真教学、多媒介教学等教学方法,取得良好教学效果。
"Fermentation process and equipment"is a professional required course for the major of wine engineering.To better meet the needs of talent cultivation and improve the teaching effectiveness,some reform and exploration in the course teaching content and teaching methods are carried out.Suitable teaching references and optimized teaching contents were prepared elaborately for the course teaching content.New"four modernizations""curriculum ideological and political""innovation and entrepreneurship"education were integrated to the teaching content.For the teaching practices,interesting teaching method,problem-oriented teaching method,case-based teaching method,virtual simulation teaching method and multi-media teaching method were positively chosen,and satisfying teaching results were obtained.
