摘要:斜盘式轴向柱塞泵结构参数对其流量和压力有重大影响。利用AMESim软件建立斜盘式轴向柱塞泵模型,研究斜盘倾角、主轴转速及出口容积对柱塞泵输出流量及压力脉动的影响。结果表明:斜盘倾角增大,柱塞泵输出流量及压力脉动幅值均增大,但脉动率减小;主轴转速增大,流量及压力脉动幅值增大,脉动率有所减小;出口容积增大,流量与压力脉动幅值和脉动率均减小。研究结果为进一步研究控制柱塞泵的输出脉动提供了参考依据。
The structural parameters of swash plate axial piston pump have significant influence on the flow and pressure. The swash plate axial piston pump model is established by AMESim software,to further study the influence on the piston pump output flow and pressure fluctuation with swash plate angle,spindle speed and export volume. The result shows that the piston pump output flow and pressure fluctuating amplitudes are all enlarged and the fluctuation rate is decreased with the swashplate angle increasing. And the flow and pressure fluctuating amplitudes are increased with the spindle speed increasing,but the ripple rate is decreased. With the increase of export volume,both the flow pressure fluctuating amplitude and the ripple rate are all decreased. The results provide a reference for the further study of the output pulsation of the control piston pump.
