摘要:随着有限的矿产资源不断被开采利用,地表浅部覆存条件较好的资源越来越少,而深部的矿产资源开采过程中面临着地质条件复杂、局部区域围岩稳固性较差、开采成本较高等现实技术及经济问题,为此需要探索一些较新的途径,以此来获得各行各业所需的矿产资源,同时减少开采成本、增加安全生产的保障系数。针对以上问题,目前一些矿山正在利用以往选矿排弃的尾砂,通过适量加水液化制浆后,通过渣浆泵送入磨机研磨后再选,从而实现了连续高效利用有限的矿产资源,该类矿产资源综合利用能够在一定程度上节省各类成本,可充分利用以往废弃的资源,因而具有较好的技术开发前景和环境保护作用。
As limited mineral resources are continuously exploited, there are fewer and fewer resources with better conditions for shallow deposits on the surface, and deep mining of mineral resources is faced with complex geological conditions, poor rock stability in local areas, and high mining costs. For this purpose, it is necessary to explore some relatively new ways to obtain the mineral resources needed by all walks of life, while reducing the mining costs and increasing the guarantee factor of safe production. In response to the above problems, some mines are currently using tailings that were previously disposed of. After adding water to liquefy pulp, they are sent to grinding machines through slag slurry pumps and then re-selected, thus realizing the continuous and efficient use of limited mineral resources. The comprehensive utilization of this kind of mineral resources can save various kinds of costs to a certain extent, and can make full use of the abandoned resources in the past, so it has a good prospect of technology development and environmental protection.
