摘要:针对煤矿巷道底鼓治理中底板锚固钻孔施工困难、成孔率低导致底鼓治理效果不佳等技术难题,以贵州湾田煤矿巷道严重底鼓为研究对象,运用高压强力正循环排渣钻进原理研制出一套小孔径高压强力正循环钻具,详细介绍了该钻具的工作原理、钻具设计和钻进工艺。现场实际应用结果表明,该套钻具能够大大提高钻孔的成孔速度和成孔质量,有效地保障了锚固后底板的稳定性。
In view of the bad treatment effects of roadway heaving floor caused by difficult drilling construction and low poreforming rate in coal mine roadway floor treatment,taking the serious roadway heaving floor in Guizhou Wantian Coal Mine as study object,a set of small-bore and high-pressure strong direct-cycle drill tool was developed by using high-pressure strong direct-cycle slagging drilling theory,the operating theory,tool design and drilling technology of the drill tool were introduced in detail.The field practical application showed that the set of drill tool could greatly improve the pore-forming speed and quality,and effectively guarantee the stability of anchored roadway floor.
