摘要："新工科"教育是有别于传统教育的改革,"新工科"教育的实施必须要重视教研室建设和改革.目前教研室建设中存在的职责不清,管理制度缺失,经费不足和对教研室工作不重视等问题.高校应当明确教研室的职责与定位,健全教研室制度,提高教研室的活动经费,提高教研室主任的待遇,确立制度来促进教师对教研室工作的重视,这些问题的解决将极为有利的推进"新工科"教育改革,落实教育部"以本为本"的理念.
The"new engineering"education is different from the traditional education reform.The implementation of"new engineering"education must pay attention to the construction and reform of the teaching and research section.At present,some problems are exit in the teaching and research section,such as the responsibilities are unclear,the management system is lacking,the funds are insufficient,and the work is not taken seriously.The responsibilities and positioning of the teaching and research section should be clarified,its system should be improved,the expenditure should be increased,its directors status should be raised,and research section,and a system should be establish to promote teachers'attention to the teaching work.These problems will be extremely beneficial to promote the"new engineering"education reform,and implement the"undergraduate education is fundamental"concept of the Ministry of Education.
