摘要:与正常回采期间相比,向斜构造区域回采期间的综采面超前支承压力分布规律存在特殊性。采用FLAC 3D数值模拟方法研究了1204综采面向斜构造区域开采期间的超前支承压力分布规律。另外,1204工作面超前支护方式采用单体液压支护+铰接顶梁支护方式,单体液压支柱选用DZ-35型,Π型钢梁选用DFB4000-300型,用压力表对材料巷超前支护范围内的单体液压支护压力进行了实测,分析了向斜构造区域开采期间的超前支承压力分布规律。数值模拟和现场实测研究得出:向斜构造区域回采时,过向斜轴部阶段的应力集中程度最大,仰采阶段的次之,俯采阶段的最小;但俯采阶段的支承压力影响范围最大,过向斜轴部阶段的次之,仰采阶段的最小。
Compared with the normal recovery period,the distribution law of the advanced abutment pressure during the recovery period in the syncline structure area was unique.The FLAC 3D numerical simulation method was used to study the distribution law of the advanced abutment pressure during the mining of the 1204 fully-mechanized working face in the inclined structure area.In addition,the advanced support method of 1204 working face adopted single hydraulic support+hinged top beam support.The single hydraulic prop adopts DZ-35 type,and theΠ-shaped steel beam adopted DFB4000-300 type.The pressure gauge was used to advance the material lane.The single hydraulic support pressure in the supporting range was measured,and the distribution law of the advanced support pressure during the mining period in the syncline structure area was analyzed.Numerical simulations and field measurements had shown that during the recovery of the syncline structure area,the stress concentration in the phase of the syncline axis was the largest,followed by the upward mining phase,and the smallest in the undercut mining phase;however,the range of support pressure in the subsurface mining phase the largest,followed by the syncline shaft phase,the smallest in the upward mining phase.
