摘要:磷石膏作为磷化工行业排放的大宗固体废弃物,在建筑材料领域的应用潜力巨大,但其易反碱问题限制了广泛应用。综述了磷石膏砂浆反碱的机理、影响因素及近年来防反碱技术的研究进展,包括化学添加剂法、物理改性法和综合防反碱技术体系等。通过对现有技术的优缺点分析,发现化学添加剂法虽有效但可能影响材料性能,物理改性方法操作复杂,综合技术体系成本高等问题。未来,环保型防反碱剂的开发、纳米材料及生物基防反碱剂的应用将成为研究热点。本研究可为开发更高效、更环保的磷石膏砂浆防反碱技术提供思路和借鉴,推动磷石膏建材的品质提升与应用拓展。
Phosphogypsum,a bulk solid waste discharged by the phosphorus chemical industry,holds great potential for application in the field of building materials.However,its susceptibility to efflorescence limits its widespread use.The mechanism and influencing factors of efflorescence in phosphogypsum mortar were summarized,as well as the research progress on anti-efflorescence technologies in recent years,including chemical additive methods,physical modification methods and comprehensive anti-efflorescence technology systems.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing technologies,it was found that although chemical additive methods were effective,they may affect material performance,physical modification methods were complex to operate,and comprehensive technology systems were costly.In the future,the development of environmentally friendly anti-efflorescence agents,the application of nanomaterials,and the use of bio-based anti-efflorescence agents will become research hotspots.This study can provide insights and references for the development of more efficient and environmentally friendly anti-efflorescence technologies for phosphogypsum mortar,promoting the quality improvement and application expansion of phosphogypsum building materials.
