摘要:软弱围岩巷道变形机理复杂,单一支护手段往往很难对巷道围岩变形进行有效控制。针对软岩巷道围岩支护困难的问题,以糯东煤矿副平硐为工程背景,对巷道破坏原因进行分析,指出了原有支护方案的不合理之处,并对单一支护手段的作用原理进行了分析。结合糯东煤矿的工程地质条件,提出了锚网索、可伸缩U型钢联合加强支护的方案,并对支护参数进行优化。实践表明:该支护方案能够适应软岩变形,支护效果良好,为本矿其他相似工程地质条件下的巷道支护提供了借鉴。
Soft rock roadway deformation mechanism is complex,it is often difficult to effectively control deformation of roadway surrounding rock by the single supporting.Aiming at the difficult problem of soft rock roadway supporting,based on the engineering background of subsidiary adit in Nuodong Coal Mine,the reason of roadway failure was analyzed,and the irrationality of the original supporting scheme was pointed out,meanwhile the principle of single supporting method was also analyzed.Combined with the engineering geological conditions of Nuodong Coal Mine,the scheme combined with bolt-mesh-anchor and stretchable U-shape steel frame was put forward,and the supporting parameters were optimized.The practice showed that the supporting scheme can adapt to soft rock deformation and the supporting effect is good,which provides reference for roadway supporting under other similar engineering geological conditions in this mine.
