摘要:为了实现大型客机起落架缓冲器的快速设计,缩短设计周期,开发了大型客机起落架缓冲器快速设计程序。首先明确了程序的总体框架,然后进行子程序的功能实现,通过公式封装、建模编程、数据存储、二次开发等数字化工程方法使设计人员快速完成起落架总体布局、缓冲形式的选择、缓冲参数的设计、缓冲性能的分析、缓冲器零件的建模和库存管理等工作。最后,结合具体算例表明:程序运行良好,缓冲性能分析得当。本程序能够有效地帮助设计人员提升效率。
In order to realize the rapid design for large civil airplane's landing gear shock absorber,the rapid design program was developed to shortcut the design period.First,the program's whole frame was given.Then,some functions were realized.Sub programs were done by digital engineering methods,such as formula encapsulation,modelling program,data storage,secondary development and so on.Designers could use the program to complete some work,such as design of landing gear's general layout,choice of shock system,parameter design of shock absorber,analysis of landing performance,model of shock absorber's parts and so on.Last,the results based on the concrete example show that the program works well,and landing performance is analyzed properly.It is concluded that the program can effectively improve designers' efficiency compared with traditional methods.
