摘要:制备几种不同质量配比的纳米坡缕石/铟复合微粒,作为菜籽油润滑添加剂,在四球机上试验考察其油膜强度PB和摩擦学性能。结果表明,当纳米坡缕石与纳米铟的质量复合比为1∶3时,润滑体系具有高的抗极压、抗磨减摩能力,综合磨损值(ZMZ)降低35.73%,摩擦因数降低18.6%,最大无卡咬负荷增加了21%。SEM和EDAX分析磨损表面可知,油膜强度的提高及摩擦学性能的改善是因为润滑体系中纳米坡缕石微粒和金属铟纳米微粒在钢球接触区发生相互作用形成自修复膜层引起的。
In this paper, some kinds of composites consisting of nano palygorskite and indium with different mass ratios were synthesized. Oil film strength PB and tribological properties of the compound were tested on a four-ball tester and we found that the composite wear value (ZMZ) was reduced by 35.73%, the friction factor was reduced by 18.6%, and the maximum non biting load was increased by 21% when the mass ratio of nano palygorskite to the nano indium is 1 to 3. The prepared nano-particles were characterized by SEM and EDAX. Through the study of the paper, it was found that it is the formation of self-healing films resulting from the interactions between palygorskite and indium on the friction surface of the lubrication system that enhanced the anti-friction and anti-wear performances.
