摘要:针对当前高等教育中广泛应用的导师制进行深入探讨,特别是在“三全育人”教育模式下的实施现状和评价体系。导师制的目的在于全面提高本科生的素质,培养其创新思维,并增强实践经验,与立德树人的核心教育理念相结合。然而,实际应用中仍存在一些问题,如导师资源不足、评价体系不完善等。为此,提出了一个全面、科学的导师制评价体系,构建了具体的评价指标体系,并对评价结果的应用进行了论述,旨在为相关专业在培养高素质本科人才方面提供实践参考。
This paper explores the mentorship system widely employed in higher education,especially its current implementation and evaluation under the“three-wide education”approach.The purpose of the mentorship system is to holistically enhance the quality of undergraduates,cultivate their innovative thinking,and strengthen practical experience,aligning with the core educational philosophy of“building morality and cultivating talents”.However,there are still some issues in its practical application,such as a lack of mentor resources and an imperfect evaluation framework.To address this,this paper proposes a comprehensive and scientific evaluation system for mentorship,constructs a specific set of evaluation criteria,and discusses the application of evaluation results.This aims to provide practical references for related fields in training high-quality undergraduate talents.
