摘要：水泥与磷渣砂、石英砂、粉煤灰、减水剂等物料干拌混合均匀后,再添加一定量的可再分散乳胶粉与水搅拌,制成砂浆,采用砂浆试验相关标准研究砂浆的性能,结果表明:掺入可再分散乳胶粉对磷渣砂浆的流动度有着明显的改善作用。当可再分散乳胶粉掺量超过10 g后,对磷渣砂浆的抗折强度有明显地提高作用,但是,可再分散乳胶粉对磷渣砂浆的抗压强度却表现出降低的影响,这有利于提高磷渣砂浆的柔韧性。SEM分析结果表明,磷渣砂浆中较大孔隙被聚合物填充或被连续的聚合物膜封闭,提高了磷渣砂浆抗折强度。
Cement,phosphorus slag sand,silica sand,fly ash and water reducing agent were well mixed,and then stirred with redisper-sion emulsoid powder and water for preparation of phosphorus slag mortar.Performance of the mortar was tested according to relevant standards.The results showed that the fluidity of phosphorus slag mortar is improved with adding redispersion emulsoid powder.When the redispersion emulsoid powder content is over 10 g,flexural strength of the phosphorus slag mortar evidently increases,but the com-pressive strength reduces.However,the flexibility of phosphorus slag mortar is improved.The results of SEM analysis showed that larger pores in phosphorus slag mortar is filled by polymer or closed by continuous polymer film,thus flexural strength of the phosphorus slag mortar rise.
