摘要:采用旋转流变仪的等速升温模式研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)溶胶储能模量(G')、损耗模量(G″)和复数黏度(η)3个流变参数随温度升高的变化规律,并分析了η与树脂颗粒形态特征、分子量及分布的关系。结果表明,随温度的升高,PVC溶胶的G'、G″和η均呈非正态分布变化趋势,即G'、G″和η先降低,后由缓慢升高变为急速升高,形成一个肩峰并达到一个最大值,最后逐渐减小。这是由于,第一、二阶段,η主要受到树脂颗粒形态影响;第三阶段,η变化速率主要受到树脂次级粒子聚集紧密程度的影响;第四阶段,η主要受到树脂分子量及分布的影响,分子量越大,分子量分布越窄,η越大。
The changes of rheological parameters including storage modulus(G’),loss modulus(G″),and complex viscosity(η)of poly(vinyl)chloride(PVC)plastisols with the increase of temperature were studied.Furthermore,the relationships among the change ofηand the particulate morphology,as well as the molecular weight and distribution of PVC paste resin were also investigated.The results showed that with the increase of temperature,G’,G″,andηof PVC plastisol all showed the trend of non-normal distribution.The rheological curves could be divided into four stages:the rheological parameters decreased at the first stage,and slowly increased at the second stage.In the first two stages,viscosity was mainly affected by the particulate morphology of PVC paste resin.At the third stage,the rheological parameters increase rapidly,forming one peak and reaching one maximum value.In this stage,the viscosity was mainly affected by the secondary particle aggregation degree of PVC paste resin.At the fourth stage,the rheological parameters decrease gradually.The viscosity was mainly affected by the molecular weight and distribution of PVC paste resin.Larger molecular weight and narrower molecular weight distribution,the viscosity of the melt would be greater.
