摘要:为进一步研究C形双面组合密封圈在往复运动中的密封特性,基于力学和有限元理论,以活塞处C形双面密封圈为研究对象,利用三维软件建立C形双面密封装置结构模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS仿真分析空载工况下不同过盈量和受载工况下不同介质压力对C形双面密封圈的应力和变形的影响。结果表明:空载工况下应力和变形随着过盈量增大而增大,最大变形出现在靠近与缸壁接触处;负载工况下应力和变形随着介质压力增大而增大,且应力均集中于密封圈上下部,而最大变形区域出现在密封圈进油口下部。
In order to further study the scaling characteristics of C-shaped double side sealing ring in reciprocating motion,bascd on mechanics and finite clement theory and taking the C-shaped douhlc side sealing ring at the piston as the research object,thc structure model of the C-shaped double side sealing device was established hy using the 3D software, and the simulation analysis was carried out hy using ANSYS to study the stress and deformation of C-shaped douhlc side sealing ring variated with the interference under the no-load condition and with the medium pressure under the load condition.The rcsuhs show that the the stress and deformation C-shaped douhlc side sealing ring arc increased with the increasing of the interference under the no-load condition,the maximum deft)relation occurs near the contact point with the cylinder wall.The stress and deft)relation of C-shaped douhlc side sealing ring arc increased with the increasing of medium pres- sure, and the stress is concentrated on the upper and lower parts of the sealing ring, the maximum dcformation area appears in the lower part of the oil inlet of the sealing ring.
