摘要：实验教学是工科人才培养的重要手段,传统的实验教学以科学实验经验为基础,缺少人文情怀的培养,且已有人文实验存在理论基础薄弱、流于形式等问题。借鉴OBE反向教学设计原则,根据新工科建设对人才培养的新要求和专业教育背景下对人文情怀的行业需求,设计了融入人文情怀的综合性实验。该实验教学改革具有以下特色:内化的人文情怀培养;实现了实验内容、实验平台、实验参与形式的大综合;注重实验整体、单一实验及实验考核的过程性;考虑了社会属性下的个人与团队关系;凸显新工科背景下高素质应用型人才培养。在教学实践的基础上,对实验教学进行了反思。
Experimental teaching is an important means of training engineering talents.Traditional experimental teaching is based on scientific experimental experience and lacks the cultivation of humanistic feelings.The existing humanities experiments have problems such as weak theoretical foundation and is formalistic.Based on the principle of OBE reverse teaching design,a comprehensive experiment integrating humanistic feelings according to the new requirements of emerging engineering construction for talent training and the demand for humanistic feelings under industrial education background was designed.The new experimental teaching has the following characteristics:internalized humanistic feelings training;realized the comprehensive synthesis of experimental content,experimental platform,and experimental participation forms;focused on the procedural nature of experimental whole,single experiment and experimental assessment;considered the relationship between individuals and teams under social attributes;reflected the cultivation of high-quality applied talents under the emerging engineering construction.
