摘要："互联网+"与现代农业复合、交叉,催生互联网农业,互联网农业是互联网技术与农业生产、加工、销售等各个环节的融合,进而创造出的新产业形态。减少农产品供应环节,提高流转效能,实现农产品质量的全过程管理,提升农产品质量与品质,绿色、无公害要素提高农产品附加值,增加了农民收入,促进乡村振兴。分析互联网农业的产业特征、产业形态和产业模式,从战略方向、实施路径和政策支持方面提出促进互联网农业创新发展的措施。
The compound and connection of"Internet+"and modern agriculture has spawned Cyber agriculture,which is the integration of Internet technology with agricultural production,processing,and sales,thus creating new forms of industry.Industrial characteristics,industrial forms and industrial models of Cyber agriculture are analyzed,and the measures to promote the innovation and development of Cyber agriculture from the aspects of strategic direction,implementation path and policy support are proposed as well.
