摘要:极耳是锂离子动力电池的导通电流连接的关键部件,其稳定性直接影响电池的寿命和安全性。锂离子动力电池的正极片在制程中极耳根部易发生开裂,造成后期电池组装中产生毛刺、异常突起或者断裂等现象,从而引发电池安全问题。本文拟探究优化正极材料中的辅料配比降低极片辊压延伸率;和调节陶瓷层厚度控制活性材料涂层区、陶瓷层区极片在辊压过程中的延伸率差异性,两种方法降低极片铺平后的弧形率,从而达到解决动力电池正极极片在制程时存在的极耳根部开裂的问题。
The pole ear is the key part of the current conduction connection of lithium-ion power battery, and its stability directly affects the life and safety of the battery. In the process of manufacturing, the root of the positive plate of lithium-ion power battery is prone to crack, resulting in burr, abnormal protrution or fracture in the later battery assembly, which leads to battery safety problems. In this paper, we intend to optimize the proportion of auxiliary materials in cathode materials to reduce the roll elongation of pole sheet;and adjust the thickness of ceramic layer to control the elongation difference between the active material coating area and the ceramic layer area in the process of rolling. The two methods can reduce the arc rate of the pole plate after being paved, for solve the problem of the root of the pole ear cracking in the preparation process of the positive pole plate of power battery.
