摘要：执政党采用嵌入式治理的方式,使党的基层组织从外部进入非公有制企业,能够优化公司治理结构,提升企业绩效,克服现有治理形式的缺陷,这是提高非公有制企业党建水平的重要抓手和有效手段。嵌入式治理在纵向上表现为制度的变迁,横向上展示了技术的变迁。随着治理方式从主动嵌入向被动嵌入的转变,治理的程度也从表面化嵌入转向制度化嵌入,从而达到最优的治理效果。同时,嵌入式治理既是可能的,又是有限度的,仍需要进行分类统合,理顺关系,并随着社会实践的发展而不断变革。
The ruling party adopts the approach of embedded governance to integrate grassroots Party organizations into non-public enterprises from the outside.This practice optimizes corporate governance structures,enhances enterprise performance,and overcomes the drawbacks of existing governance models,serving as a crucial grasp and effective means to improve the quality of Party building in non-public enterprises.Vertically,embedded governance manifests as institutional change,while horizontally,it reflects technological transformation.As the governance model shifts from active embedding to passive embedding,the depth of governance evolves from superficial embedding to institutionalized embedding,thereby achieving optimal governance outcomes.Meanwhile,embedded governance is both feasible and bounded.It still requires classification and integration,rationalization of relationships,and continuous reform in response to the development of social practice.
