摘要：根据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神,以"健康第一"、"终身体育"为指导思想,从高校体育课程目标、内容设置、评价体系及管理体系等4个方面进行了论述,构建了"课内外一体化"的体育课程新体系。研究认为体育课程目标可分为学习目标、实践目标、发展目标,各目标包含了多项任务;体育课程内容更加宽泛,不局限于体育教学内容,应将课外体育活动、体育训练与竞赛等多形式体育活动归为一体;对学生的评价包括运动技能、身体素质、学习态度、体育实践及体育理论等多指标内容;体育课程目标的实现需要高校各部门、教师的通力配合,通过课程实施、学生评价、课程运行等3个系统的有效管理来完成。最后,针对高校体育课程改革与发展提出了一些建议。
Based on the spirit of ＂ Guiding Outline of Physical Education Teaching in National Colleges and Universities＂,this paper takes ＂ Health First＂ and ＂ Lifelong Physical Education＂ as the guiding ideology,from the four aspects of goals,content setting,evaluation system and management system. The new course system of ＂ integration inside and outside class ＂ is constructed. The aim of PE curriculum can be divided into learning objectives,practice goals and development goals. The objectives include a number of tasks. The content of PE courses is more broad and not limited to PE teaching contents. Extracurricular sports activities,sports training and competitions should be included. The assesment of students should contain the physical attitude,sports practice and sports theory and other indicators of content. physical education curriculum goals should be achieved for the needs of all departments of universities and teachers through three systems of the implementation of the curriculum,the implementation of physical education,student evaluation,and curriculum running to complete the effective management. Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the reform and development of college physical education curriculum.
