摘要:赤泥是氧化铝生产中的一种工业固体废物,每年以数百万吨计的赤泥长期占据大片土地并积累起来,造成土地碱化,甚至污染了地下水。文章简要阐述了赤泥的成分与特性,并描述了工业废渣赤泥在污水处理工程技术中的应用情况。赤泥能广泛用于处理工业废水、印染废水、生活污水等污水。经改性加工后,赤泥对铜的吸附率可以达到99%以上,对各种金属及非金属离子的吸附量及去除率均提升数倍,对可去除SS、色度和COD的概率也呈明显上升趋势。赤泥用于废水处理,在节约成本的同时达到以废治废的目的,为赤泥的资源节约型利用提供了一个重要机会。
Red mud is a kind of industrial solid waste in alumina production. Every year, millions of tons of red mud occupy large areas of land and accumulate for a long time, causing alkalization of land and even polluting groundwater. This article described the composition and characteristics of red mud, and the application of industrial waste residue red mud in sewage treatment engineering technology. Red mud can be widely used in the treatment of industrial wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, sewage water, etc. After modified processing, the adsorption rate of red mud to copper can reach more than 99%, the adsorption amount and removal rate of various metal and non-metal ions are increased by several times, and the removal rate for the removable SS, chroma and COD is also improved in an obvious upward trend. Using red mud for wastewater treatment, can save cost and achieve the purpose of treating waste with waste. It provides an important opportunity for resource-saving utilization of red mud.
