摘要：加强科学管理,建设科学完善的高等教育质量保证体系,是高等学校提高教学质量的重要措施之一。高等教育质量保证体系由内部质量保证体系和外部质量保证体系构成,其中内部质量保证体系是基础,外部质量保证体系是动力。本文分析了内部质量保证体系存在的问题,提出了解决策略,为地方高等院校提高人才培养质量提供参考。
To strengthen the scientific management, and construct scientific and perfect quality assurance system of higher education is one of the important measures to improve the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. The quality assurance system of higher education consists of internal and external quality assurance systems, in which the internal is the foundation and the external is the driving force. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the internal quality assurance system, and puts forward the solutions to improve the quality of personnel training in local colleges and universities.
