摘要:针对某型号金属膜片式贮箱,运用有限元分析的手段分析了膜片工作过程中发生的翻转变形及其变形过程中临界载荷的变化。针对结构参数对膜片翻转特性的影响,选取了预弯边半径、膜片厚度和膜片切线角度等3个关键参数,并采用正交试验设计的分析方法对3个关键参数进行了组合优化分析,得出了3个膜片关键参数对膜片翻转的影响程度大小及其最佳参数组合,即预弯边半径预弯边为8. 5 mm,膜片厚度分布为1. 2~1. 6 mm,切线角度为87°。最后根据设计结果加工了膜片,并进行试验验证。由试验膜片的翻转效率和翻转压差的结果可知优化的膜片符合工作要求。
Focusing on a specific type of metal diaphragm tank,the flipping deformation occurs during the diaphragm working process was studied by the finite element analysis,and the change of critical load during deformation was analyzed as well.In accordance with the effect of structural parameters on the diaphragm flipping characteristics,three key parameters of pre-bending radius,diaphragm thickness and diaphragm tangent angle were selected for combinatorial optimization by orthogonal experimental analysis method.With continued efforts,both the effect of three key parameters on the diaphragm flipping and the optimum parameter combination were obtained,which is that the pre bending edge radius is 8.5 mm,the thickness of the diaphragm is 1.2~1.6 mm,and the tangent angle is 87 degrees.Ultimately,the diaphragm according to the research results was processed and tested.From the results of the test diaphragm flipping efficiency and pressure difference,it is known that the optimized diaphragm fits for the work requirements.
