摘要:针对国内小型车用尿素溶液工厂生产设备自动化水平低下、溶液溶解过程中结晶现象、溶液浓度控制精度差等问题,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制点(PLC)的车用尿素溶液A动生产控制系统?该系统以PLC为控制核心,通过控制填料系统、比例积分微分(PID)温控系统和搅拌系统,以及采用RS-485总线和Modbus协议实时采集超纯水流量、溶液浓度、尿素重量等数据信息,实现了生产自动化。使用WEINVIEW触摸屏完成了人机交互界面设计,实现了系统实时数据显示、按需配置调控、生产总量记录以及报警信息输出等功能。研究结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的运行稳定性,控制精度高,可提高25%的生产效率,且整个系统具有操作人性化和过程可视化等特点。
In view of the low automation level of production equipment in producing urea solution for domestic small vehicles,the crystallization phenomenon in the solution dissolution process,and the poor precision of solution concentration control,an automatic pnxJuction control system of urea solution based on programmable logic controller(PLC)for vehicles is designed.This system takes PLC as the control core,and to collects real-time data and information such as the flow rate of ultra-pure water,the ratio of solution concentration and the weight of urea to realize the production automation by controlling the packing system,the proportional integral differential(PID)temp>erature control system and the stirring system,and adopting RS-485 bus and Modbus protocol.In addition,WEINVIEW touch screen is used to complete human-machine interface design,and realize real-time data display,on-demand configuration and control,total production record,alarm information output and other functions of the system.The results show that the control system has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation,high control precision,and can raise production efficiency by 25%.And the whole system has the characteristics of operation humanization and process visualization.
