摘要:研究溶剂、固液比、结晶温度、结晶时间对右旋龙脑重结晶效果的影响,确立右旋龙脑重结晶纯化工艺。结果表明,最优重结晶条件是:溶剂为石油醚,结晶温度10℃,固液比1∶3mg/mL,结晶时间15h。在此工艺条件下,右旋龙脑的收率可达77.06%,纯度可达98.21%。考察的因素对重结晶效果的影响程度为:结晶温度>固液比>结晶时间。
The influence of solvent,solid-liquid ratio,crystallization temperature,and time on d-borneol recrystallization effect was studied,and the purification process of d-borneol by recrystallization was established.The results indicated the optimal conditions of recrystallization were∶the solvent was petroleum,the crystallization temperature was 10℃,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶3 mg.m L^-1,and the time was 15 h.Under these conditions,the yield of d-borneol was 77.06%,and the content of the product was 98.21%.The influence degree of the factors investigated on recrystallization effect was crystallization temperature>solid-liquid ratio>time.
