摘要:随着社会消费观念的转变,中国甜味剂产业具备可观产业发展前景。通过对甜味剂产业链的系统梳理,以全生命周期视角切入,分析对环境、经济与社会的影响要素,探析甜味剂及衍生产业的可持续发展实现路径。甜味剂产品生产及农作物种植,对相关行业存在挤出效应与综合影响。此外,人工甜味剂难降解的特性,对生态环境和人类健康存在着潜在风险。因此,借助LCA分析工具对甜味剂产业链进行生命周期可持续评价,将为合理应用开发提供科学依据及政策支持,并对LCA的应用领域做出拓展,丰富工业LCA和农业LCA的理论体系。
As a key component of sugar reduction options,the sweeteners have considerable economic prospects.From the perspective of life cycle assessment,the comprehensive effects of sweeteners were analyzed on environment,economy and society,so as to realize the sustainability assessment of sweeteners.The derivatives through the whole process of the production supply chain of sweeteners should be systematically sorted out.This project aims to achieve the sustainable development of sweeteners.The production and the cultivation of sweetener have extrusion effect and social influence on related industries.In addition,the artificial sweeteners are difficult to degrade,posing potential risks to the ecological environment and human health.The LCA was compared and analyzed for all kinds of sweeteners and their industries.The study explored the comprehensive efficiency evaluation and sustainable analysis path,then expanded and supplemented the linkage application of agricultural LCA and industrial LCA.
