摘要:文中通过试验研究了硅灰掺量对高性能混凝土(HPSCC)的抗压强度和孔隙结构的影响。试验制作了不同硅灰掺量的HPSCC试块,通过立方体抗压强度试验和孔隙结构试验,分析硅灰掺量对HPSCC性能的影响。结果显示,硅灰掺量对HPSCC的抗压强度有显著影响,硅灰掺量为12%时,28 d抗压强度达到最高;硅灰掺量增加对HPSCC早期抗压强度影响较大,而对后期强度影响不明显。孔隙结构试验表明,HPSCC的孔隙主要以介孔为主,且随着硅灰掺量的增加,介孔含量增加。硅灰掺量为12%时,孔隙发育最为均匀,孔径分布集中。
This paper investigates the effects of silica fume dosage on the compressive strength and pore structure of High-performance selfcompacting concrete(HPSCC)through experimental studies.HPSCC specimens with varying silica fume dosages were prepared and tested for compressive strength and pore structure.The results show that silica fume dosage significantly affects the compressive strength of HPSCC,with the highest 28-day compressive strength achieved at a dosage of 12%.An increase in silica fume dosage has a greater impact on the early compressive strength of HPSCC,while its effect on later strength is not significant.Pore structure tests indicate that the pores in HPSCC are mainly mesopores,and their content increases with the increase of silica fume dosage.At a dosage of 12%,the development of pores is the most uniform,and the pore size distribution is concentrated.
