摘要:针对某导弹发射车转塔进行动力学分析时未考虑减速器内部传动间隙的问题,以该减速器为研究对象,分析了轴承径向间隙与齿侧间隙的耦合关系,并建立了减速器动力学模型,利用ADAMS建立了含间隙的减速器虚拟样机模型并进行了动力学仿真。分别通过调整齿轮和轴的外形尺寸、负载的转动惯量以及太阳轮输入转速,对比分析了间隙、负载、转速3种因素对减速器系统动力学特性的影响。结果表明间隙大小对减速器运转稳定性及齿轮冲击影响明显,应严格控制在0.2mm以内:随着负载的增加,减速器运转稳定性下降且齿轮冲击增大,但平顺性有所改善:转速变化对运转稳定性无明显影响,可调整范围较大。研究结果已应用于工程实际。
In order to solve the problem that the internal transmission clearance of the reducer is not considered in the dynamic analysis of the rotating tower of a missile launcher,the coupling relationship between the radial clearance of the bearing and the clearance of the tooth side is analyzed,and the dynamic model of the reducer is established. The virtual prototype model of the reducer with clearance is established by using ADAMS and the dynamic simulation is carried out. By adjusting the shape size of gear and shaft,the moment of inertia of load and the input speed of solar wheel,the effects of clearance,load and rotating speed on the dynamic characteristics of reducer system are compared and analyzed. The results show that the clearance size affects the running stability of reducer and the impact of gear. With the increase of load,the running stability of the reducer decreases and the gear impact increases,but the ride comfort is improved. The speed change has no obvious effect on the operation stability,and the adjustable range is large. The research results have been applied to engineering practice.
