摘要:粉煤灰的性质稳定,难以有效地提取各种有用金属,采用微波焙烧、氢氧化钠作为活化剂的方法处理粉煤灰,能有效地改善粉煤灰的活性,提高钛的浸出率。本实验研究了粉煤灰对微波的吸波效果,以及微波焙烧功率、焙烧时间和氢氧化钠三个因素对粉煤灰中钛浸出率的影响。选取粉煤灰的浸出条件为:盐酸浓度11.64 mol/L、浸出温度88℃、浸出时间8 h、搅拌速度20 r/s、盐酸和粉煤灰液固比为9。通过试验,得到了最佳的微波活化结果:粉煤灰与氢氧化钠按1:1的质量比混匀后,在微波800 W的功率下焙烧5 min,钛的浸出率达到85.77%。
The property of fly ash is stable, and difficult to effectively extract various useful metals. It can effectively improve the activity of fly ash and improve the leaching rate of titanium by adopting the method of microwave roasting to process fly ash and selecting sodium hydroxide as activator. This experiment studies the fly ash of microwave absorbing effect, and the influence on the leaching rate of titanium by the three factors of microwave power, roasting time and sodium hydroxide. The selection of fly ash for the leaching conditions : hydrochloric acid concentration is 11.64 mol/L,leaching temperature is 88 ℃ ,leaching time is 8 h, stirring speed is 20 r/s, fly ash and hydrochloric acid liquid solid ratio is 9. Through the experiment, the best microwave activation results are obtained: The leaching rate of titanium is 85.77% with fly ash blending with sodium hydroxide according to 1:1 quality ratio, and under the power of 800 W microwave roasting 5 min.
