摘要:为了更好地消纳分布式能源、缓解电动汽车入网对电网造成的冲击,通过虚拟电厂将二者进行整合并对其进行调度。针对已有研究较少考虑电动汽车用户参与度这一因素的不足,构建了电动汽车群无序充电、有序充放电和计及用户参与度的有序充放电负荷模型。以虚拟电厂系统的经济最优、污染治理费最低为目标函数,在考虑相关安全约束的条件下,建立了含电动汽车的虚拟电厂调度模型。针对基本粒子群算法收敛慢、易陷入局部最优的不足,通过选取随机惯性权重、引入自然选择思想和远离最差位置3个手段对粒子群算法进行改进,使用基本测试函数对改进的算法进行测试,验证了改进方案的有效性。将该算法运用到调度模型的求解中,通过案例仿真,进一步验证了算法改进的有效性,并确定了电动汽车有序充放电参与度与虚拟电厂运行整体效益间的联系。
In order to better absorb distributed energy and alleviate the impact of electric vehicles entering the network on the grid,the two are integrated and dispatched by virtual power plants.In view of the lack of consideration of the participation of electric vehicle users in existing research,an orderly charge and discharge load model of electric vehicle group disordered charging,ordered charging and discharging and user participation is constructed.Taking the economic optimization of the virtual power plant system and the lowest pollution control cost as the objective function,the virtual power plant scheduling model with electric vehicle is established under the condition of considering relevant safety constraints.Aiming at the shortcomings of the basic particle swarm algorithm,which is slow and easy to fall into local optimization,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved by selecting random inertia weight,introducing natural selection idea and going far from the worst position,and the improved algorithm is tested by the basic test function.The test verified the effectiveness of the improvement.The algorithm is applied to the solution of the scheduling model.Through the case simulation,the effectiveness of the improved algorithm is further verified,and the relationship between the orderly charge and discharge participation of the electric vehicle and the overall efficiency of the virtual power plant operation is determined.
