摘要:针对山东某石膏矿采空区坍塌灾害,从有效阻断采空区大面积连锁式坍塌效应着手,基于系统观点和界壳理论,设计了采空区坍塌的梯级防控技术,加固单元内矿柱形成一级界壁结构,加固单元间隔离矿柱形成二级界壁结构,加固多单元间隔离矿柱形成三级界壁结构。并详细设计了单元内矿柱的锚杆加固技术,单元间隔离矿柱的锚杆-砌墙加固技术;设计锚索切顶技术形成弱面效应,有效阻断顶板破断运动趋势的传递效应。实测采空区上覆地表最大沉降量为5.1 cm,整体应用效果良好。
Aiming at the disaster of goaf collapse in a gypsum mine of Shandong Province, from the aspect of effectively blocking large area chaining collapse of goaf, a cascade prevention and control technology of goaf collapse was designed based on system view and shell-boundary theory. The pillars in unit were strengthened to form primary shell-boundary structure, the isolated pillars between mining units were strengthened to form second shell-boundary structure, and the isolated pillars among mining units were strengthened to form third shell-boundary structure. Then, bolt reinforcement technology of pillars in unit was designed in detail, as well as the bolt and building wall reinforcement technology of isolated pillars between mining units. Anchor cable roof cutting technology was designed to form a weaken plane, so as to effectively block the transfer effect of roof fracture and movement. The measured maximum settlement of the overlying surface of the goaf is 5.1 cm, and the overall application effect is good.
