摘要:针对串联锂离子电池组的主动均衡大多集中于相邻电池的均衡,均衡速度较慢,效率较低的问题,提出一种基于DC-DC变换器复合型主动均衡电路。该均衡电路由多组串联锂离子电池、储能电感和续流二极管构成。根据每个单体锂离子电池的SOC的差值是否在阈值内为依据,进行单体锂离子电池与电池组之间的能量转移,实现电池组中锂离子单体电池之间的均衡。通过使用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真,仿真结果表明,基于DC-DC变换器复合型主动均衡电路电池组单体电池的电荷转移更频繁,均衡速度更快,并且均衡效率更高。能较好地解决串联电池组的不均衡问题。
Active balancing for series lithium-ion battery packs has many problems,such as equalization of adjacent batteries,slow equalization speed,and low efficiency. This paper presents a compound active equalization circuit based on DC-DC converter. The circuit consists of multiple sets of series lithium-ion batteries,energy storage inductors,and freewheeling diodes. According to the SOC difference of each single-cell lithium-ion battery,energy transfer between lithium-ion single cells and the battery pack is dynamically controlled,thereby achieving equalization. Simulation results show that the battery cells based on DC-DC converter compound active equalization circuit is able to conduct more frequent charge transfers,faster equalization speed,and higher equalization efficiency. The developed circuit can better solve the imbalance inside the series of battery pack.
