摘要：慕课的迅速崛起对高等教育模式产生了巨大的冲击和深远的影响。2013年,慕课进入中国,对中国的高等教育产生了巨大的影响。面对"慕课"大潮的冲击,我国的高校要采用积极的方式加以应对,主动融入到这股大潮之中。因此,与之相适应的对教授慕课的高校教师培养的深层次研究也越发重要。本文以《神奇的材料世界》这门慕课为例,阐述了慕课的发展及其特征,对慕课环境下我国高校青年教师的培养进行了探索。
The rapid rise of the massive open online courses（MOOC） has huge shock and far-reaching impacts upon the mode of high education. MOOC enters into China and makes subversive influence on China＇s high education. In face of the impact of MOOC mode, our colleges and universities should take the initiative to merge themselves into the tide of MOOC and take positive ways to deal with it. As a result, it is important to develop and implement a large scale construction on the cultivation of suitable college teachers. Take ＂the magic of material world＂ as an example, this paper focuses on the development and feature of MOOC, explores the cultivation of young college teachers on MOOC environment.
