摘要:增强电动助力自行车人机交互作用和提升骑行舒适程度是电动助力自行车设计与开发的关键问题。首先建立了助力自行车骑行动力学模型,分析平地和坡度路况下自行车骑行驱动力,提出轮毂电机驱动系统技术要求。然后,阐述轮毂电机结构和电磁设计,重点分析了磁路特性;结合基于陀螺仪搭配踏频、车速传感器的控制策略,设计轮毂电机驱动系统控制器,并进行驱动系统测试验证。验证结果表明:研制的电动助力自行车的轮毂电机驱动系统满足设计要求,较好实现自行车骑行的人机交互,舒适程度理想。
Enhancing the human-computer interaction of electric assist bicycles and improving the riding comfort level are the key issues in the design and development of electric assist bicycles.Firstly,the dynamic model of assisting bicycle riding was established.The driving force of bicycle riding under the condition of flat and slope was analyzed,and the technical requirements of the driving system of the hub motor were proposed.Then,the structure and electromagnetic design of the hub motor were described,and the magnetic circuit characteristics were analyzed.Combined with the control strategy based on the gyro with the cadence and the vehicle speed sensor,the controller of the hub motor drive system was designed and tested and verified by the drive system.The verification results show that the wheel motor drive system of the developed electric assist bicycle meets the design requirements,and the human-computer interaction of bicycle riding is better,and the comfort level is ideal.
