摘要:赤泥是氧化铝生产的工业副产物,其组成与粘土相似,呈碱性。磷石膏是磷酸生产中产生的固体废渣,主要成分是二水硫酸钙,呈酸性。针对现有赤泥和磷石膏利用率低,大量堆积而严重制约氧化铝工业和磷化工的可持续发展的难题。本研究通过外加激发剂分别对赤泥和磷石膏进行活化,再混合制备胶凝材料,最后对胶凝材料的力学性能和微观形貌进行分析。实验结果表明:与NaOH、硫酸铝和硫酸铁比较,氯化钙也能较好的促进磷石膏中二水石膏向半水石膏转变,其可以有效提高磷石膏和赤泥复合胶凝材料的强度和环境安全性。
Red mud is an industrial by-product of alumina production. Its composition is similar to clay and it is alkaline. Phosphogypsum is a solid waste produced in phosphoric acid production. Its main component is calcium sulfate dihydrate, which is acidic. In view of the low utilization rate of red mud and phosphogypsum, a large number of accumulation has seriously restricted the sustainable development of aluminum industry and phosphorus chemical industry. In this study, red mud and phosphogypsum were activated by adding activator, and then mixed to prepare cementitious materials. Finally, the mechanical properties and micro morphology of cementitious materials were analyzed. The experimental results show that compared with NaOH,aluminum sulfate and ferric sulfate, calcium chloride can also promote the transformation of dihydrate gypsum to hemihydrate gypsum in phosphogypsum, which can effectively improve the strength and environmental safety of phosphogypsum and red mud composite cementitious materials.
