摘要：中医药院校大学生人文素养的提高有助于中医药事业的健康发展和中医药人才的培养,有助于增强未来医护人员的道德素质和减少医患矛盾。文章通过诠释人文素养的内涵,阐明增强中医药院校大学生人文素养的重要性,分析当前中医药院校大学生人文素养普遍存在的问题,以习近平新时代"三有青年"思想为背景,提出增强中医药院校大学生人文素养的对策,为中国梦的实现提供优秀人才,构建和谐社会。
The improvement of the humanistic quality of college students in TCM colleges is not only conducive to the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine cause and the cultivation of the Chinese medicine professionals,but also it is conducive to enhancing the moral quality of future medical staff and reducing the contradiction between doctors and patients.This paper illuminates the importance of strengthening the humanistic quality of college students in TCM colleges and analyzes the common problems existing in the humanistic quality of college students in TCM colleges by interpreting the connotation of humanistic quality.Under the background of Xi Jinping’s thought of'three youths'in the new era,it puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the humanistic quality of college students in TCM colleges in order to provide excellent talents for realizing the Chinese dream and constructing a harmonious society.
