摘要:石油管道在投入使用后,是事故频发的阶段,需要对石油管道进行周期性的腐蚀检测,采取更换或加固的措施来解决石油管道腐蚀问题,可以使石油管道使用寿命得以增加。其中在计算机控制下的超声导波技术对不同类型的石油管道腐蚀的检测有重要影响作用,并在石油管道无损检测中受到广泛的推广与应用。本文将对计算机控制下的超声导波技术的概念与检测原理进行论述与分析,继而探析超声导波技术对石油管道腐蚀监测的重要作用,以供参考。
Petroleum pipelines face frequent accident stage after being put into service, it is necessary to carry on periodical corrosion detection for petroleum pipelines, and solve corrosion problem of petroleum pipelines by replacing or reinforcement measures, and increase service life petroleum pipelines. And ultrasonic guided wave technology under computer control has an important influence on corrosion detection of different types petroleum pipelines, and has been widely promoted and applied in nondestructive detection of petroleum pipelines. The article discusses and analyzes concept and detection principle of ultrasonic guided wave technology under computer control, and investigates its important role for corrosion defect of petroleum pipelines for reference.
