摘要：龙天佑是清朝初期彝族杰出的政治家、军事家。他爱好和平,以人民群众利益为重,归顺清王朝;重视团结,以民族共同繁荣为重,维护区域稳定发展;拥护统一,积极抗击吴三桂叛乱,维护中央权威,为西南少数民族地区的繁荣稳定发展做出了重要的历史贡献。
LONG Tian-you is a politician and a militarist of the Yi nationality in Early Qing Dynasty. He is a peace loving man and yielded surrender to Qing Dynasty because of the benefits of the people. He also paid attention to solidarity,thought highly of nationality co-prosperity, and maintained the stabilization and development of the area. He supported consolidation, attacked WU San-gui insurrection actively, and maintained Central authority. Long has important historical contribution to prosperity,stabilization and development of the southwest minority nationality area.
