摘要:基于PLC控制技术对AZ31镁合金和Q235钢异种金属进行了MIG熔焊连接,研究了焊接电流和焊接速度对焊缝成形性的影响.分析了焊接过程中裂纹和气孔缺陷的形貌及其产生原因。结果表明,AZ31镁合金/Q235钢的MIG焊接电流为155~165A、焊接速度为0.35~0.40m/min时,焊接热输入较为合适,焊缝的成形效果较好。
AZ31 magnesium alloy and Q235 steel dissimilar metal were connected by MIG welding technology based on PLC control. The effects of welding current and welding speed on weld forming were studied, the morphology and its causes of crack and blowhole defects in welding process were analyzed. The results show that, when the MIG welding current is 155-165 A, and the welding speed is 0.35-0.40 m/min for AZ31 alloy/Q235 steel, the welding heat input is appropriate, and then good weld forming effects can be obtained.
