摘要:本试验采用“筛分→2%CaO中和→煅烧法”对贵州某磷化工厂磷石膏进行预处理。考察了目数(60~200目)、煅烧温度(200℃~900℃)与2%CaO中和法组合的不同预处理条件对磷石膏的可溶性磷、氟、粒径、外貌等情况的影响。通过XRD、SEM、粒度仪、XRF和白度仪分别对其物相结构、形貌特征、化学成分、粒径分析和白度进行了研究。研究结果表明:1)同一目数的磷石膏在同一预处理条件下的可溶性磷、氟含量相差不大;2)不同目数的磷石膏在同一预处理条件下可溶性磷、氟含量相差不大;3)同一目数,不同预处理条件处理后的磷石膏样品,可溶性磷、氟含量均有明显的降低趋势;4)在同一目数,不同煅烧温度对磷石膏的粒径影响不大;5)样品颜色随煅烧温度升高,先逐渐变白,随后变为淡红,最后略显为土色;6)样品白度随温度升高呈先上升后降低的趋势。因此,采用“筛分→2%CaO中和→煅烧法”联合预处理能改善磷石膏中的杂质,有利于提高磷石膏的综合利用。
This experiment used the"screening→2%CaO neutralization→calcination method"to pretreat phosphogypsum from a phosphorus chemical plant in Guizhou.The effects of different pretreatment conditions,such as mesh size(60-200 mesh),calcination temperature(200-900°C),and the combination of 2%CaO neutralization,on the soluble phosphorus,fluorine,particle size,and appearance of phosphogypsum were investigated.The phase structure,morphological characteristics,chemical composition,particle size analysis,and whiteness of phosphogypsum were studied using XRD,SEM,particle size analyzer,XRF,and whiteness meter,respectively.The results showed that:1)The soluble phosphorus and fluorine content of phosphogypsum with the same mesh size under the same pretreatment conditions did not differ significantly;2)The soluble phosphorus and fluorine content of phosphogypsum with different mesh sizes under the same pretreatment conditions did not differ significantly;3)For phosphogypsum samples with the same mesh size,the soluble phosphorus and fluorine content showed a significant downward trend under different pretreatment conditions;4)Under the same mesh size,different calcination temperatures had little effect on the particle size of phosphogypsum;5)The color of the samples gradually turned white with increasing calcination temperature,then turned light red,and finally slightly turned earthy;6)The whiteness of the samples first increased and then decreased with increasing temperature.Therefore,the combined pretreatment of"screening→2%CaO neutralization→calcination"can improve the impurities in phosphogypsum and is beneficial to the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.
