摘要:本文着重探索以废旧阴极炭粉高温焙烧还原赤泥中的铁元素,并通过磁选提取铁精矿粉的工艺条件。试验以某铝企业氧化铝厂的高铁赤泥为原料,以其电解铝厂的废旧阴极炭粉作为固体还原剂,将两者按一定比例混合制团后在高温条件下进行还原焙烧,继而磁选出铁精矿粉。通过对精矿品位及产出率的分析,确定适宜工艺参数。
In this paper high iron red mud was reduced by spent pot lining after high temperature roasting, and process conditions of extracting ore concen- trate powder by magnetic separation were studied. Red mud with high iron from the alumina refinery as a raw material and spent pot lining as solid reduc- tant were mixed at different percentage, and roasted and reduced at high temperature, and then ore concentrates were gained by magnetic separation. After analysis on the grade and yield of ore concentrate, the optimum process conditions were determined.
