摘要:我国的水泥混凝土墙面柔性小,对温度要求高。使用中因温度受热不均匀,各处膨胀变形或收缩变形不一致,导致墙面建材造价高,墙面坚硬程度低。为此,提出一种水泥混凝土墙面柔性造价与热应力梯度边界模拟数值分析,通过对水泥混凝土墙面的建材分析,墙面柔性的造价会比传统的墙面建材降低许多,相比于刚性墙面挡墙,柔性墙面加筋土挡墙,允许挡墙在施工和后期运营过程中墙体产生差异沉降,因此更适合于柔性墙面。仿真实验表明,水泥混凝土墙面柔性造价与热应力梯度边界模拟数值分析能够有效地提高墙面柔性,且造价减少隔音效果更加明显,抗震性能强。
Along with our country accelerate infrastructure construction, cement concrete has been widely used in decorating a examination. But cement concrete wall in the current use of the decrease of the metope of flexible and high temperature stress, the characteristics of metope varies depending on the frequency, the frequency from low to high, uneven heating temperature, expansion deformation or contraction inconsistent throughout, causes of metope is a building materials of high cost and hard degree reduced. For this, put forward the concrete wall and the cost of flexible thermal stress gradient boundary simulation numerical analysis, through the analysis of the building materials for cement concrete wall, metope, flexible than traditional wall materials reduced cost of many, compared with the rigid retaining wall metope, flexible wall reinforced soil retaining wall allows the retaining wall foundation produced in the process of construction and operation of larger differential settlement, therefore more suitable for the flexible wall. The simulation experiments show that the thermal stress of concrete walls and the cost of flexible gradient boundary simulation numerical analysis can effectively improve the metope of flexible.
