摘要：文中制备不同改性剂掺量的SBS改性沥青,采用落射式荧光显微镜进行成像,通过Matlab对荧光显微图像进行二值化处理,计算图像中改性剂面积比,建立改性剂掺量与改性剂面积比关系模型,分析各掺量下改性剂在沥青中的分散均匀性.结果表明:改性剂掺量与荧光显微图像面积比存较显著的线性关系,通过面积比可以合理推算SBS改性沥青中改性剂的掺量.当改性剂掺量超过4%时,溶胀后的改性剂在沥青中逐渐出现交联现象,改性剂分布均匀性出现较显著降低.
SBS modified asphalt with different content of modifier was prepared, and the asphalt specimen was imaged by emergent fluorescence microscope. The fluorescence microscopic image was binarized by Matlab software, and the area ratio of modifier in the image was calculated, and the relationship model between modifier content and modifier area ratio was established. The dispersion uniformity of modifier in asphalt with different dosage was analyzed. The results show that there is a significant linear relationship between the modifier content and the area ratio of fluorescence microscopic images, and the modifier content in SBS modified asphalt can be reasonably calculated by the area ratio. When the content of modifier exceeds 4%, the swelling modifier gradually appears cross-linking phenomenon in asphalt, and the distribution uniformity of modifier decreases significantly.
