摘要:文章在具有良好降温效果的前刀面近域微槽设计基础上,对微槽后部形状进行改进设计,仿真研究了MST和MCT两种微槽对刀具切削温度以及切削力的影响。结果表明:MST截面微槽的降温效果优于MCT截面微槽,MST截面微槽降温效果随微槽后翘夹角的增加而增加,当微槽后翘夹角为65°时降温效果最佳,此时最高切削温度为466℃,相对于原微槽车刀的降温幅度达到13%;相对于原微槽车刀,MST截面微槽和MCT截面微槽刀具的主切削力均有明显减小,降幅为2%~16%。
Based on the design of the near-edge micro-groove on the rake face with good cooling effect, the shape of the rear part of the micro-groove is improved. The effects of MST and MCT micro-grooves on the cutting temperature and cutting force are simulated. The results show that the cooling effect of MST micro-groove is better than that of MCT micro-groove. The cooling effect of MST micro-groove increases with the increase of the back-inclination angle of the micro-groove, the best cooling effect is at 65°, the maximum cutting temperature is 466℃ which is 13% lower than that of the original micro-groove turning tool. MST micro-groove and MCT micro-groove tool have greater reduction in main cutting force than original micro-groove turning tool by 2% to 16%.
