摘要：本文基于LabVIEW开发了示波器TDS3032B的GPIB、LAN、RS232三种接口的通信程序,该计算机程序均实现了快速采集示波器的时间分辨信号,并能对该信号进行实时处理和保存工作。该开发的示波器的三种接口通信程序均实现了计算机自动化采集与控制,程序经过少量修改即可用于基于示波器的科研实验和工程项目的自动测试系统中。
The paper develops the communication programs of three interfaces （GPIB, LAN, and RS232） of oscilloscope TDS3032B based on LabVIEW. The computer programs are realized rapid acquisition of time-resolved oscilloscope signal, and can carry out real-time processing and preservation of the signal. Three kinds of interface communication programs of the development of the oscilloscope TDS3032B are realized automatic acquisition and control, programs after minor modifications can be used for automatic test system based on experimental research and engineering projects in the oscilloscope.
