摘要：在高校日常工作中,高校教师的素质及行为教养都直接影响着学生的体验,也关系到高校的教育质量和人才培养质量。作为"文化和品德的修养"解释的教养,是高校教师的基本品格,受到多维因素的影响。提高高校教师的素质和寻找提高高校教师教养的途径是十分必要的。
In the daily work of colleges and universities, the quality and behavior of college teachers will directly affect students’ experience. And it also has impact on the quality of education and talent training in colleges and universities. Upbringing, as a definition of cultural and moral cultivation, is the essential character of college teachers. Due to the influences on upbringing by multiple factors, it is necessary to find a feasible way to improve the quality and upbringing of college teachers.
