摘要：本文首先在Solid Works软件环境下建立了异径正交圆柱管的展开模型,进一步得出了展开图的DWG格式文件,提出了根据展开图文件指导板料下料的三种方法,为此类型结构管道的设计制作提供了理论依据和实践指导。
This paper established the expansion model of the orthogonal cylindrical tube with different diameters un- der the environment of SolidWorks software, further obtained the DWG file of the expansion model, put forward three methods of sheet materials feeding according to the instruction of expanded diagram file, provided the theoretical basis and practical guidance for such kind of pipeline design and production.
