摘要:为进一步探究螺杆压缩机油气分离器安装套筒结构对内部流场及分离效率的影响,采用PumpLinx软件对有无套筒及不同套筒布置结构下的两相流场进行数值模拟。通过对比安装套筒装置前后压力变化曲线,发现有无套筒装置压力变化差别不大,说明套筒并未对压缩机的整机功率造成过多损耗。通过对比套筒正置、倒置以及未安装时的流场分布图、速度矢量图,发现套筒的安置有明显的增加碰撞、减少湍流以及整合流场的作用;进一步分析发现正置与倒布置相比具有更好的油滴撞击和整流效果,进而得出在油气分离筒入口处布置朝上型套筒能提升油气分离效率的结论,为油气分离器结构的进一步优化提供参考。
In order to further explore the influence of sleeve installation structure on internal flow field and separation efficiency of oil and gas separator of screw compressor,PumpLinx software was used to simulate the two-phase flow field with or without sleeve and with different sleeve arrangement structure.By comparing the pressure change curves before and after installing the sleeve device,it is found that there is little difference in the pressure change with or without the sleeve device,indicating that the sleeve does not cause excessive loss to the compressor power.By comparing the flow field distribution diagram and velocity vector diagram of the sleeve upright,inverted and unmounted,it is found that the sleeve placement has obvious effects on increasing collision,reducing turbulence and integrating flow field.Further analysis shows that the upright arrangement has better impact and rectification effect than the inverted arrangement,and the conclusion is drawn that the up-facing sleeve at the inlet of the oil and gas separation cylinder can improve the oil and gas separation efficiency.It provides reference for further optimization of the structure of oil and gas separator.
