摘要:在理论分析的基础上,利用AMESim软件分析轮式挖掘机作业支撑液压系统控制阀结构参数的改变对系统动态响应特性的影响,得出多组仿真数据和仿真曲线,通过对仿真结果和试验数据的对比分析,找出影响作业支撑液压系统响应特性的主要因素,从而便于控制阀结构参数的选取和作业支撑液压系统性能的优化。
On the basis of theoretical analysis,AMESim software was used to analyze the effect of changing the control valve s structural parameters on the dynamic response of the working support device s hydraulic system.Multiple sets of simulation data and simulation curve were gotten.Through analyzing the simulation results and test data,the main parameters affecting the hydraulic system s features of the working support device were found out,and the correctness of the model was verified.The research results provide references for the selection of structure parameters of the control valve and improving the performance of the hydraulic system.
