摘要:主要通过双因素试验并结合方差分析,研究矿粉、硅灰和水泥含量对高性能自密实混凝土抗压强度的影响。研究表明,矿粉掺量、硅灰掺量、水泥掺量及龄期均对高性能自密实混凝土的抗压强度有显著影响,且硅灰及水泥掺量对混凝土早期抗压强影响较显著;水灰比0.21时,矿粉掺量为74 kg/m^(3),硅灰掺量为69 kg/m^(3),水泥掺量为402 kg/m^(3)时为最优掺量;且给出了不同硅灰、矿粉及水泥掺量下,抗压强度随掺量的变化率拟合式,以及龄期与抗压强度之间关系拟合式。
The effects of the content of mineral powder,silica fume and cement on the compressive strength of high performance self-compacting concrete were studied by two-factor test combined with analysis of variance.The results show that the content of ore powder,wollastonite,cement and its age have significant effects on the compressive strength of high performance self-compacting concrete,and the content of wollastonite and cement has significant effects on the early compressive strength of concrete.When the water-cement ratio is 0.21,the content of mineral powder is 74 kg/m^(3),the content of silica fume is 69 kg/m^(3),and the content of cement is 402 kg/m^(3).The fitting formula of the change rate of compressive strength with different dosage of silica fume,mineral powder and cement,and the fitting formula of the relationship between age and compressive strength are given.
